Place was great for what I needed. I was in town for work for 4 days and this was a perfect spot and checked all boxes. No complaints at all, everything was super easy and did not need to contact host once. All was spot on. I will use again next time in town for work
We enjoyed our stay
Room was nice, spacious, and clean. Free hourly shuttle was very convenient. Elevator didn’t work; according to reviews, it’s been out since at least February. This should be noted in the listing. We were on the third floor; we were offered free parking for the inconvenience, but we didn’t have a vehicle. Our dishwasher didn’t work. We requested a plunger and received no response for 5 hours; toilet overflowed significantly and they sent someone with only a plunger, who told me I needed to call the front desk to clean it up. Beach area was disappointing. Pictures weren’t the same as our unit, was told it’s because it’s a room “type” but this was not noted anywhere in the listing. Pool bar was only open 1130-5 and then the only on-site dining was a restaurant at 40+ per person. Would not stay at this resort again.
Such a beautiful resort with great ambiance. I will be back again! Great distance to downtown and other attractions.
