First the balcony was the best part , as the chair choice was exceptional!! Great views of both the river and ocean. Shaded in the afternoon. Bathroom - great shower , great water pressure, nice towels and face cloths( lots of them as well) Bedroom- comfy and quiet Kitchen- good enough but needs organizing , everything was clean Staff - really friendly and helpful Location- great area , 7-11 down the street ( walking) Publix a quick car ride , safe to walk around The building is not so big , for us is a huge plus. This makes it easy to come and go. Very accommodating and can recommend if in the area and want to be beachside. Note- no rugs as pictured , everything else is as you see in the pics. Good TVs and free parking. ✅
