The location was perfect, hidden and clean. Just right amenities and fit our group great. Downside is this unit is managed by a 3rd party company that would not respond to my request for an early check in several weeks ahead and also numerous attempts. The day of arrival they were still responding with automated responses saying they couldn’t promise an early check in. When we arrived the people who were staying before us were still in the unit after 12pm. We finally got access after walking around and waiting a few more hours. Good thing is there’s lots to do within a few blocks. The flip side that also made the experience bad was our last day I requested a late check out and the latest they could do was 10:30am. The cleaning crew was also there early. Didn’t feel like we were treated well per our check in and out requests. Be weary of dealing with these management companies that are not located close by and don’t communicate well. Unless you speak to someone the responses are AI.

Early check-in requests are never guaranteed in advance, as we are only able to confirm availability on the day of arrival depending on housekeeping and the previous guest’s departure. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM to allow our team enough time to properly prepare the home for incoming guests. Likewise, late check-out requests are based on housekeeping schedules and incoming reservations for the following day. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will continue working to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.
