Overall, we ended up having a good stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved. When we first arrived, we were concerned about a strong odor and some stains in the unit. At the time, we were unhappy enough that we considered leaving, although we later realized much of the smell was likely due to the seasonal sargassum affecting the area rather than the property itself. The apartment itself is decent and served its purpose. However, it would really benefit from a deep cleaning of the furniture, as there were noticeable stains and signs of wear. Replacing the couch would also make a big difference and give the unit a fresher feel. The common areas need the most attention. The hallways felt worn and could use new carpeting and a thorough cleaning. The elevator also needs cleaning and some updating. At night, the entrance felt a bit sketchy, and improved lighting around the entry would help guests feel safer. Overall, while the building and common areas could use s

The place was decent for the price. A little on the expensive side but expected for Key West. A little further from the main streets but we drove so it was ok. The TVs didn't really work. Check in was a little frustrating, felt like I was getting generic/robot like responses to asking if we could check in an hr or even 30 min earlier. They stated they'd let me know but never did. Instead again with a generic robot like response. Overall the place was decent, no additional amenities for guest to enjoy like waters or snacks. It was clean, not a bad place to stay if you want to stay in Key West.
