Great location!! Just a 1/4 block from Duvall Street.. would recommend this to everyone
Good place for what it is. Self check in hotel that’s walkable to everything. Not fancy but does the job. Was three gals away for a trip and felt safe there. They let us leave our luggage for 2 hours the day of check in which was nice to explore for a bit before going to the airport. However. the room could use an upgrade or even just a deep clean. Dust everywhere on door frames and shades. Balcony door does not open. Room was not even very clean on arrival-dirty towel in room, bathroom did not look like it was swept, and stain on one of the pillow cases. So unfortunately due to those things I took off some stars.

Exceeded my expectations! Close to the heart of Duval Street, this mansion B&B design was spacious, clean, and everything I'd expect. Access to all the amenities, including pool and showers. Highly recommend

Overall great place to get to everything in downtown Keys. Just be ready for the noise from surrounding businesses. Property was as stated, it's showing some wear, well loved. Can't beat walkable location..thank you bottle filler and ice.
