The James Classic | Second Floor King

The mansion is absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of all the action, so if your expecting to get to bed early with no alcohol on board dont rent here. We loved every second and the location to Duval street was magical. We stumbled home every night and the pool was fantastic add on!

We loved our stay at the Curry Mansion Inn (James House). It’s steps from Duval Street, but peaceful & quiet. The Curry Mansion is gorgeous and has a lot of historical charm. It was easy to check in and park, as well. The bed was super comfortable, linens were perfect for Florid, well air conditioned, good hot water, lovely views. The only complaint was the noticeable termite issue in our room. We alerted the host, who did apologize & offered to do a deep clean (which we declined as we were honeymooning). We’re native Floridians and aren’t shocked that a historical home in Key West would attract termites and we took precautions to ensure none traveled home with us. We hope it’s ameliorated and the house protected from further damage.

Talk about a great location! Half a block away from Duval and many great establishments. The James House is very nice; like old southern mansion style, a chill front porch with comfy rocking chairs and a large room with super comfortable bed (and pillows!). A very respectable place to lay your head after getting out and shopping, eating drinking, dancing, the whole nine.
