The home is beautiful and feels very luxurious - easily one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was a great fit for our bachelor party group of 14, especially since some people were comfortable sharing beds. The indoor and outdoor common areas are spacious, and the bedrooms are well-sized. The waterfront setting is a highlight, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s about a 15–20 minute Uber ride to Duval Street, and transportation was easy and affordable. One issue left us disappointed: we had arranged a private chef for an outdoor dinner on our last night, but the outdoor lights weren’t working. The host told us they were automatic, but when we replied that they weren’t turning on and asked about a manual switch, we never heard back—so we ended up dining in the dark. Given the price of the stay, we felt this warranted better follow-through. Overall, a beautiful property, and if the lighting issue had been addressed, it would have been a five-star stay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The views that this house offered were unbelievable! The location was perfect and easy to find. The floor plan was perfect for the group we were with and we will definitely be back! We actually have this same house rented for a week in May and we can’t wait! Thank you for the beautiful place to stay!
