I'm not one to complain, but when you spend the kind of money this home costs and have the experience I had then it makes sense. The biggest issue was on the first night, of a 3 night stay, the refrigerators could not keep up (they're old) and all of our groceries became room temp. Later that night when we went to go to bed, we locked the door behind us then remembered we needed to get something out of the car but the door would not unlock. We had people on both sides trying to get the door unlocked with the keypad and the deadbolt inside. This was unsuccessful and we had to resort to calling an emergency number to get help. The next day, maintenance finally came to fix the refrigerators and woke us up early. Then, we went to wash some clothes and towels just for the washer to break midway through the wash. We called again for maintenance to resolve the issue, which they only came the NEXT day. Our clothes sat soapy, sopping wet, and unusable. Not worth the money for all the stress.
This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! The rooms were a great size, and the pool/backyard area was ideal for entertaining and hanging out together. The location was also amazing — just one block away from Duval Street, making it super convenient to get around and enjoy everything Key West has to offer. I highly recommend both this property and its location!

Fantastic stay at this accommodation! We had a large group of 11 adults and we rented out all 3 units. They offered plenty of room, privacy, and amazing backyard that allowed us to make the most out of our time in Key West. One thing to note, the driveway was too small to fit our car but we were able to use street parking + nearby garage.
