We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The host provided incredibly thorough and helpful information before and during our visit, including detailed directions to the property, recommendations for things to do in the area, and clear instructions for everything in the house. Communication was always prompt, detailed, and easy to follow. The home itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was organized and thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

This house was excellent— a great house in a great neighborhood —Extremely clean, modern and very comfortable. The AC was terrific, the appliances were all very new, and the beds were fantastic! The hosts were terrific — immediately responsive and helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned noise/music from a nearby bar on the corner, but it was barely audible inside so it wasn’t an issue for me at all. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Clean and in a great location! Small yard for the pups to do their business. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in walkable range. Suited our needs well.
We had an issue with our first airbnb and the neighborhood wasn't great and we were able to book this right in..a $500 mistake even when you do research the neighborhoods... this place is in a great neighborhood...

We booked this stay for a weekend concert and overall had a pleasant stay. The most important things were all excellent. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom, felt secure, and the location made it easy to get to and from Raymond James stadium as well as local dining spots. Location is amazing, with several restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. 45 minutes to the beaches. And in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is very relaxing and even has a mango tree that we got to enjoy! Stay in late April or early May for that perk. Backyard has artificial grass which ensured our two mini schnauzers stayed clean and dirt free. Very thankful for that.
