Even though the previous renters caused a minor issue with the refrigerator and we were unable to stay, Brightwild was overly helpful and understanding in our situation. was great location for everything on Duval. bicycle rental right next door $50 for the week. staff was quick to replace microwave and get TV working.

The place was awesome. In old town Key West it was walkable to everything. Some reviews said was loud but if your going to KW understand what Duval street is - noise was not issue. We lucked into song writers festival and received a vip experience to their concert plus great live music on our private patio. We go to KW a lot and if you want the old town experience this is a great place with solid hospitality professionals. Also hit the Stinking Crawfish for breakfast- KW breakfast is the best.

Fantastic place. No complaints other than check in and check out timing. They were able to accommodate an early check in, which was great. But had they not, the 4pm check in and 10am checkout seems very aggressive. That’s the ONLY downside

The space was cute and the outdoor patio was nice and private and perfect for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the night. The location is great and walkable to many bars and restaurants. The Brightwild staff were very responsive and friendly.
