Was a great little place, perfect for 2 people. Great water pressure and hot water, AC was very strong. Nice little pool in the back and right there off Duval st. I didn’t have to move the car once. I would definitely stay there again.

I know there are some mixed reviews for this spot, so as a fellow host, I wanted to chime in with an honest objective review. I really can't say anything negative about this place. Accommodated a same day booking easily, which we really appreciated. We were a little concerned about the AC based on prior reviews, so asked the host and they assured us it had been taken care of, which it was - place was ice cold, cranking AC. It's a historic home in Old Town Key West, so don't expect the Ritz, but it was more than comfortable and had everything we needed. Full kitchen was much appreciated and well stocked. Loved the heated pool (nice to only have to share it with one other unit), and appreciated the washer and dryer just outside the unit. Of course, the location can't be beat. And to have an off street parking spot here is a huge added bonus. Host was incredibly responsive and nice, and we would gladly stay here again anytime (and hope to!).

Great location, one block off Duval. Some noise from pedestrians/partiers, but loved the convenient location and private pool! Parking spot was really nice to have too. Had some maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly.
