My review would have been 4 or 5 stars except that I was not prepared for the Grand Maloney Hotel not being a Hotel but rather an AirBnB. Pros: Location, Location, Location easy walks to everything you want in Key West Clean the rooms Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Cons: No secure place to store luggage No water or ice available No way to get a clean towel housekeeping did not come during our stay. The "pool" is a hot tub. I don't mind the size but why have the heat on in Florida in the Summer? Overall, yes, I could see staying there again but I would be prepared for the fact that this hotel is an AirBnB not a hotel.
The Good: Nicely renovated. Very clean. Good location. In general, really liked the place. Willing to come back. Next time we want the Blue Room. The Negative: No dresser/drawers or place to put clothes. Needs more towel and hand towel hooks. Glass for toilet not opaque enough (too transparent). Sink small. Shower hands free holder broken (staff should have seen it before we arrived. Coffie machine kept calling to be cleaned. Could use an ice machine.
