Very convenient as far as how close everything was. The listing said heated pool it infact is more like a cold plunge pool. Also advertised was salt & pepper and there was none. There was a grocery store 2 blocks from property but would of just brought my own if I would of known. We enjoyed people watching on the front porch as it was a pretty active Lil corner. Scooter and bike rental within 500 ft was awesome to cruise around the island.

It was just what the doctor ordered. The big beds were comfortable, everything worked, loved the chairs on the porch and the location was perfect.

The Airbnb was spotless and had plenty of room. It's location to Duval and all of the nightlife and restaurants was perfect. Any questions or issues I had were answered almost immediately and taken care of. The hosts were very responsive. Most importantly there were plenty of towels and sheets for 7 people without me having to request more which is always a huge plus at any place with a pool . I would most definitely stay again here or another of their properties on my next trip down.
