Super convenient beach access & right next door to Crabby Joes which was delicious. The condo was clean and had a mostly stocked kitchen which was handy. The ability to relax on the balcony and watch the waves was the best part. We did run into several issues along the way, going nearly a full day before getting a reply from the host and nothing could be repaired due to it being a holiday weekend. The 2nd bedrooms TV did not work, the two large burners on the stove didn’t work properly (one didn’t work at all/the other only ran high regardless of temp). The fold out couch seemed to be broken. The hot tub didn’t work. The trash chute is also directly across the hall and you could smell it inside the condo. This does not fall on the host but is something to take note of: Our last full day we were stuck in a sweltering elevator for 30 minutes and the front desk didn’t return our calls for nearly 2 hours after the fire dept came.

Got all the information the morning got to Dayton 7:30pm with no access to the building.. Called they said they will get security to open the door.. They called back no one could let us in.. We had to find a new place to stay..
Hosts were very nice and were willing to work with us and getting checked in early so we didn't have to drive around Daytona for hours until check in time! This was very helpful and meant a lot to us that they worked with us!

Great location. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The building was very secure, well lit and plenty of parking. The condo was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. The host was great at communicating and provided clear instructions.
