the pictures did not do it justice. it was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. easy access to the beach. we didnt get a timely response on the app but the resort was very helpful in providing extra linens and detergents. absolutely loved it
This is the second stay at beachside we love Key West place was clean and comfy view is great just wish it was gated, if there is one thing to fuss about it’s the homeless people sleeping on the longe chairs in front of your condo at night time but they really didn’t bother you but love the place will be back!!!!

The good: clean, spacious and nice pool unfortunately didn’t come close to the bad: beach not usable because it was dirty and too much seaweed, loads of maintenance issues from broken elevator to non working key cards and door handles that fell off. The location is remote and commercial. The price was exorbitant for what you got

Beautiful place! Perfect for getting away from the city. It’s my second time in this place and I will definitely go back again! Strongly recommended specifically for families!

The only thing is. There’s not enough parasols round the pool and none on beach. There were towels on sunbeds but no one on them for hours so couldn’t get a sunbed for ages. There were no one round the pool till about 11am

As a reminder, our pool seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and pool hours are from dawn to dusk. We encourage all guests to be considerate of others when using shared amenities.
