Located across from the Atlantic Ocean and steps from Smathers Beach, it offers beautiful water and salt pond views from a private balcony. Downtown Key West and Duval Street are just a 10-minute drive or bike ride away. Please note: the pool area will be closed for renovations from July 6 through August 30.

My Stay was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and well stocked for guest. We were traveling with a group and enjoyed them being able to visit with us and enjoy the comforts of home. The place was really nice and clean. I will definitely visit again.

Great place! Comfortable, right next to the airport and Key West High School. Some noise but enjoyable to see occasional planes and fighter jets while sitting out on the lanai. Clean pool, close to the beach. Just a couple miles from Duval St. Would highly recommend....

First the good. The condo was attractive, furnished well, and had all the amenities we needed. Sadly, getting through the security gate was a problem throughout our visit. Instructions indicated codes were needed to get through the front gate -- one to use during regular hours and one to use after hours. The regular hours code only worked half the time and the after hours code never worked resulting in unsafe conditions. Returning late one night we attempted to get through the gate for 15 minutes using the after hours code. It would not work and we had to scale an 8 foot fence to open the gate from the inside. After calling Brightwild, we were told the property had a "clicker" to get through the gate and the after hours code access had been discontinued -- none of which had been communicated in-advance and was only partly correct. There was no "clicker". We found a key card which worked, but there was only one making it impossible for the four of us to go our separate ways when out.

The place was very nice and convenient to beach. Had a lovely time. Quick response from management when we had a problem with air conditioning and was fixed right away.
