I didn’t want to leave such a poor review but after wanting to spend a peaceful Father’s Day weekend, we understand things happen BUT after checking in unit 505 was nice and fresh when you first enter 503 you got a slap of very hot air there was multiple fans dispersed through the unit I’m not sure if they were aware of the a/c not working but the fans were definitely not helping. We tried to get as many of us in one unit, it’s unfortunate the amount of money that was spent and our family weekend not going as planned Florida is extremely hot so it would’ve been nice to have both units nice and fresh. I will say the host were responsive & gave a fraction of the cost back but if we could’ve gotten full refund and left to another place we would’ve. It’s a bit discouraging to have to write this review but we wish things went differently and hope they are able to avoid this for future guests. Other than that fairly clean, great location.
The location was awesome! Great place to stay for a bachelorette trip. I will say there were bugs upstairs that became a bit of an issue and the floors were filthy but other than that it was perfect for what we needed. Our host was super communicative and helpful and he apologized about the bugs and floors and said he would fix it for future guests!

we went down for a bachelor party with roughly 12 guys. we had plenty of room and the location was perfect. right in the heart of everything on Duval St.
