Place is great for a group of 4-8 people. Perfect location. Make sure the ac is working though or it’ll be hot hot

Great spot on lively Duval street. Lots of local music around including a trumpeter that performs infront of the house. If peaceful is what you're looking for this might not be the spot. If central, lively and a place to crash is what you're looking for this is definitely the spot. We did run into an issue with no wifi, which unfortunately they were not able to fix during our stay, however owners were very communicative and accommodated a later check-out as our flight back was late in the day. Overall good spot and airbnb.
