It's a very pretty comfortable house, right off Duval at a point that makes it very walkable to everything but also manages to be private and quiet. The star of this property is the private backyard and pool area. It has a great covered deck with bar b que and outdoor couches and plenty of lounge chairs. You can enter one of the bathrooms right from the pool area and there is also a private laundry room. Parking was easy, I chose a daily parking lot just a block away.

The only downside to our stay was the pool was dirty and was green with algae. The team was very responsive and had the pool people there within 2 hrs. They shocked and cleaned the pool and came back the next day to clean again and the pool cleared. This really should have been checked and cleaned before each stay.

Great location, beds were comfortable, we asked if pool was heated they said yes but it was not , description says it’s not but we asked and they said yes, confusing, pool is pretty shaded so we could not use it , back patio was good just wished we could have used the pool but overall good stay for a girls trip, living room very small but we sat outside mostly, would stay again in warmer months for pool use

Overall we had a great stay. Location is perfect. 3 negatives… 1. Pool had a lot of algae growth on all sides. It was cleaned on day 2-3 of our stay however water was murky after cleaning and was unusable as it didn’t look safe to go in. This was a let down as we were hoping to use it. 2. The springs in the pullout couch were broken or wore out and unusable. Thankfully we brought an air mattress. If we hadn’t not sure what we would have done. 3. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper. For the price, these items should be rectified going forward. Your staff was friendly and accommodating.
