Pros: Great location, walkable to many of Key West’s best restaurants, Duval St, Mallory Square, and 1/2 a block from a golf cart rental company. Very charming house. Looks as pictured. There is no on site parking, but you can easily park along the street and use pay to park option. Cons: You definitely hear other people staying in other rooms in the hotel. It didn’t bother us really, but noticeable. We also had issues with the tub drain being clogged when we arrived. It was a bit of a hassle, but the host was very responsive and addressed the issue.

We checked in at 9:00 PM and left by 9:00 AM the following morning due to a significant insect problem. Within hours of arriving, we found numerous ants around the lamp and in the bathroom, as well as a cockroach in front of the bed. After removing it, another cockroach appeared in the bathroom less than an hour later. We stayed less than 12 hours because we felt uncomfortable and concerned about additional pests. What made the experience even more disappointing was the host's lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with us regarding these issues. Unfortunately, this was not the clean, comfortable stay we expected and would not recommend.
We all know location is everything right!? But this is “The” location! If you want to be a 2 minute walk from the most iconic bars and restaurants then this is the place for you! Me and my wife loved the hot tub area outback and the common areas downstairs were amazing. I personally love the commercial grade Kureg, we made espresso every time we came back to change or cool down from the hot sun! On our trip down we took the Key West Express out of Fort Myers. We rented a golf cart to explore better, we took a right on Caroline street… rode a half mile, and turned into the Grand Maloney!!! We highly recommend!!!! We will be staying again!!!

The Blue Room was spacious & comfortable. The main house was well appointed and laundry was a nice touch. We wanted to enjoy the pool area but the weather was just too hot. But the space was very nice & private. The area was convenient to lots of restaurants, shops & the dock. We had to park a few blocks away but we just left the car there for the duration of our stay & walked most places. Overall, we highly recommend & hope to stay again!
