Overall, we had a nice stay and would consider booking with Brightwild again. The dock and backyard were a real highlight, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. A few things worth mentioning for the host and future guests: the flooring throughout the common areas felt unstable in spots and was a bit of a tripping hazard, so hopefully that gets looked at. We also ran into some maintenance issues during our stay, the ice maker wasn't working, the dishwasher didn't perform well, and one of the toilets needed several maintenance visits before it was resolved. None of this ruined the trip for us, the location and property itself have a lot going for them, and we'd be happy to return next time we are visiting the keys.
The price was luxury but the house had a lot of issues soft spots all over floor, the flooring was coming up so they put a large carpet over it, the fridge had broken door shelves and they kept falling out everytime you opened the fridge. The master bed was not comfortable at all. The pool is set to hot, in colder months I completely understand but when it's 92 you don't want to get into a pool that's hot. I also tried to contact Brightwild to extend the stay or get another rental I was told they were booked out, and then found other postings after.

We had a great stay the house was perfect for our large family traveling together. We loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The gas grill was perfect for making dinners to enjoy on the porch. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had as we prepared to arrive. Great stay!

Excellent house in a nice little neighborhood just far enough out of the crowds. Nice easy 15 minute golf cart ride to Duval. Pool area and deck were perfect for hanging out all day watching numerous iguanas running around. Inside was cool and clean.

Beautiful house, spotless, and in a very nice area. My kids loved the pool. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Gated community, very NICE house. We loved the easy access to downtown Key West. You could hear road noise, and neighbors are very close..
